We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join a growing engineering team working across industrial and automated environments. You’ll be hands-on with drives, motors, and control systems, supporting installation, commissioning, and fault-finding activities on site.
Key Responsibilities- Electrical installation and fault-finding on 3-phase motors, VSD/VFDs, and control panels
- Reading and working from electrical schematics and drawings
- Installing tray work and containment to a high standard
- Making off and installing armoured (SWA) cable
- Supporting site teams and liaising directly with clients
- Working safely and in line with industry standards
- ECS Gold Card (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience fault-finding on 3-phase motors and control systems
- Experience working with variable speed / frequency drives
- Confident reading electrical drawings and schematics
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- High-quality tray work and containment experience
- Ability to make off and terminate armoured cable
- Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or intralogistics environments
- Exposure to PLC-controlled systems
- Site commissioning experience
