🔧 The Role: Automation Engineer (Mechanical)

• Field-based role covering sites across the UK, with Nottingham as your home hub
• Install, service, and maintain modular automation systems – including flow racks, conveyors, and ergonomic workstations
• Work on systems designed for smart manufacturing and lean production environments
• Read and understand basic electrical schematics to support troubleshooting
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with a highly experienced and supportive engineering team

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in mechanical or maintenance engineering (apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC or equivalent)
• Basic electrical understanding – able to read wiring diagrams or schematics
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
• A proactive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn
• A desire to build a long-term career in automation with full support and training
