🔧 The Role: Automation Engineer (Mechanical)
- Field-based role covering sites across the UK, with Nottingham as your home hub
- Install, service, and maintain modular automation systems – including flow racks, conveyors, and ergonomic workstations
- Work on systems designed for smart manufacturing and lean production environments
- Read and understand basic electrical schematics to support troubleshooting
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with a highly experienced and supportive engineering team
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in mechanical or maintenance engineering (apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC or equivalent)
- Basic electrical understanding – able to read wiring diagrams or schematics
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
- A proactive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn
- A desire to build a long-term career in automation with full support and training
