The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The right candidate will have experience of creating lighting design schemes, very strong technical skills, a can-do attitude and willingness to learn. We have an extensive range of luminaires for both interior and exterior use and you will be responsible for considering the well-being, economic and sustainability requirements for a host of projects for a range of sectors from Office, Commercial, Healthcare, Sport and Leisure to name but a few.

We expect the lighting schemes we produce to be both efficient and appealing, introducing lighting control to create sustainable solutions. You will be able to produce Lighting Schemes that consider the complete solution - either as a simple floor plan or as a fully rendering 3D presentation. Within the role, you will closely liaise with the sales and project team in order to design and produce lighting schemes for our clients, through the use of Relux.

This is a full time, on site permanent position based at our newly expanded headquarters in Lancashire. There are many benefits to joining our dynamic, growing team. To thrive in this role, candidates would ideally possess the following attributes:

  • Proven lighting design experience (not mandatory, we are open to other creatives within design roles)
  • Knowledge of luminaires although training for our product range will be provided
  • Knowledge of lighting control technologies and best practices (beneficial but not mandatory)
  • A passion for how lighting can affect and enhance spaces
  • A practical aptitude and be willing to undergo further training, where necessary
