Innovia Technology has an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a background in behavioural science, to work on varied and creative innovation challenges and help us deliver actionable innovation breakthroughs for our global clients. We solve complex innovation challenges and create new opportunities so our clients can outperform competitors and change the world for good. Our holistic project teams collaborate on the most demanding of challenges. Clients include Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, LEGO, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Haleon, Shell, IWC Schaffhausen, Kenvue, Kraft Heinz and The North Face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring technical skills and creativity to innovation challenges.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from different fields to solve broad and complex problems.
- Conduct desk‑based research (e.g. literature reviews) and primary research (qualitative and quantitative).
- Create new ideas, insights, and models, and transfer this thinking between different applications and industries.
- Challenge conventional thinking and industry‑specific assumptions.
- Help structure and create presentations for colleagues and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hold a Master’s/PhD degree in Behavioural Science or a closely related applied field (or have equivalent experience).
- Strong foundation in psychology through a psychology‑focused master’s programme or an undergraduate degree in psychology.
- Good understanding of key principles in cognitive, social, biological and behavioural psychology, including behaviour change theories, and ability to apply these insights to unfamiliar problems.
- Comfortable managing and analysing datasets from studies and literature reviews, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Keen to work in a dynamic commercial and client‑focused environment.
- Strong interest in collaborative teamwork and good communication skills.
- Comfortable giving considered opinions on complex questions, and participating in lively discussions.
- Excellent time‑keeping and task‑management skills.
- Interest in applying creativity across a wide range of industries and ability to quickly learn about new areas.
- Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive, collaborative working and learning environment.
Important Practical Considerations:
- Office attendance: During the 6‑month probation period work from our office; after successful completion offer hybrid working on Mondays and Fridays.
- Remote working: This role is not suitable for applicants who wish to work 100% remotely.
- Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Role type: Permanent.
- Role level: Entry‑level.
- Tech: Mac‑books provided on first day.
