Innovex Resource Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a valued care partner for an experienced and confident Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in the Oldbury area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Registered Manager who is confident managing Ofsted requirements and maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and leadership.
Minimum Requirements (Essential – Do Not Apply If Not Met)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) (Completed)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s home
- Proven track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspections
- Previously passed the Ofsted Fit Person Interview
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Currently living within commutable distance to the Oldbury area (West Midlands)
- Experience progressing from Support Worker to Senior Deputy Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Full operational management of the children’s home
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
- Leading, mentoring, and developing staff teams
- Managing care plans, risk assessments, and outcomes
- Maintaining high standards of care and inspection readiness
- Participating in the on-call rota (Monday–Friday)
