Innovex Resource Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a valued care partner for an experienced and confident Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in the Oldbury area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Registered Manager who is confident managing Ofsted requirements and maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and leadership.

Minimum Requirements (Essential – Do Not Apply If Not Met)

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) (Completed)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s home
  • Proven track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspections
  • Previously passed the Ofsted Fit Person Interview
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Currently living within commutable distance to the Oldbury area (West Midlands)
  • Experience progressing from Support Worker to Senior Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Full operational management of the children’s home
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing staff teams
  • Managing care plans, risk assessments, and outcomes
  • Maintaining high standards of care and inspection readiness
  • Participating in the on-call rota (Monday–Friday)
