Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and experienced Health Care Assistants to join our client, Moorhouse Home, on a permanent day shift basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly care environment where your contribution truly makes a difference.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
- Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support residents’ emotional and social well-being.
- Work closely with the care team to deliver person-centred care.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times.
- Record and report any changes in residents’ health or behaviour.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Health Care Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
- Female candidates are preferred, but male applicants are also welcome.
