About the Role
Innovex Resource Group is recruiting on behalf of Century Healthcare for an experienced and motivated Deputy Nurse Manager to join Euxton Park Care Home. This is a key leadership role for an established nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager in daily operations and staff management
- Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
- Take full managerial and clinical responsibility in the absence of the Registered Manager
- Ensure high standards of nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and homely environment for residents
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing clinical cover when required
- Supervise, support, and motivate nursing and care staff
- Assist with recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, and staff development
- Promote ongoing professional development and best practice in nursing care
- Coordinate clinical services, including GP and allied health professionals
