Health Care Assistant – Care Home

Location: Swindon, SN25

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available

Innovex Resource Group is currently recruiting 4 Health Care Assistants for an established care home in Swindon.

We currently have 2 Day positions and 2 Night positions available, offering stable full-time hours within a supportive care environment.

Shift patterns:

7:00am – 7:00pm / 7:00pm – 7:00am

or

8:00am – 8:00pm / 8:00pm – 8:00am

depending on the rota.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Support residents with personal care, washing, dressing and daily routines while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Assist with mobility, meals, hydration and general wellbeing.
• Build positive and respectful relationships with residents.
• Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate daily care records and report any changes or concerns.
• Support residents to remain as independent as possible.
• Follow safeguarding, infection-control and health & safety procedures.
• Work effectively with senior carers, nurses and other members of the care team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience within a care home, residential care or healthcare setting is desirable.
• A caring, compassionate and patient approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work either day or night shifts depending on the position applied for.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to complete the required DBS process.
