The group operates contracts ranging from under £50K to over £1m, with a strong presence in London and experience managing over 300 sites nationwide.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Mayfair office (Central London). The role involves daily managing and coordinating a team of maintenance engineers to complete maintenance requests from a number of retail, hospitality and corporate clients across London and the UK and ensuring efficient responses to clients' needs.
You will actively communicate with the engineers throughout their shifts to ensure jobs are being completed correctly and of a high quality in order to retain client accounts. You will be expected to regularly update clients on their job requests and ensure systems are updated accurately to create accurate billing and payroll records. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the help desk system to meet service-level standards.
Qualifications
- Strong help desk experience and experience in coordinating / managing a team of maintenance engineers
- Basic knowledge of maintenance works would be ideal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent English language
- Ability to multitask, prioritise maintenance requests, and manage time effectively
- Experience in customer service is required
- Proficiency in using helpdesk software e.g. ProNett, Expansive, RiskWise, RiskProof, Alert65, Excel spreadsheets and familiarity generally with Microsoft and IT systems is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or relevant higher education preferred
