Innovators Guild (innovators.london) is one of London’s most curated communities for engineers, scientists, founders, and senior operators in tech and deep tech.
We’re not a networking club. We’re a trusted group of people actually building things. Our members include senior engineers from Meta, AstraZeneca, JP Morgan, TikTok, Telegram, McLaren, and BioNTech, product leaders, data scientists, and operators across the UK tech ecosystem.
We run tight, high-signal events, roundtables, and community gatherings in London with a focus on quality over scale.
The Role
We’re looking for a Community & Partnerships Lead to help us build the next phase of the Guild. This role sits at the intersection of community, partnerships, and events.
You’ll be responsible for bringing in the right members, building strong sponsor and partner relationships, and helping us run standout events that people actually want to attend.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll own real outcomes, not just support them.
What You’ll Be Doing
Community growth
- Grow the Guild’s member base in a thoughtful, quality‑driven way
- Vet and onboard new members according to the community’s standards
- Build relationships with senior engineers, product leaders, scientists, and founders
Partnerships & sponsors
- Identify and develop partnerships with relevant companies, tools, and platforms
- Run sponsor relationships end to end: from discovery to event delivery
- Work with partners to create meaningful, non‑salesy engagement
Events
- Help plan and deliver high‑quality events in London
- Work with speakers, partners, and hosts to make sure every event is strong
- Ensure the experience feels curated, professional, and valuable
Brand & positioning
- Support the Guild’s brand and reputation in London tech
- Collaborate on content, social, and communications that reflect the community’s quality
- Help us keep the signal high and the noise low
Who You Are
- Strong communicator with good instincts
- Naturally good with people, but commercially minded
- Someone who understands what makes a community valuable
- Can spot strong partners, speakers, and members quickly
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable owning things end to end
- Comfortable in early‑stage environments where there’s a lot to build
- Based in London or nearby
- Have experience in community, partnerships, events, or ecosystem roles
You don’t need to come from a “community” role specifically, but you should understand quality, taste, and how to build trust.
What You’ll Get
- Early, meaningful ownership in a growing brand
- Real impact, not boxed‑in tasks
- Access to a high‑calibre network across tech and deep tech
- Opportunity to shape a community with real traction
- Competitive salary + bonus + potential equity
- Flexible working based in London
