This is a high-impact position where you'll leverage deep therapeutic research and market insights to develop compelling and persuasive proposals that directly increase our business's win rate and drive success for global clinical trials. What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Proposal Development: You will be the architect of our proposals (RFI/RFP), conducting in-depth therapeutic and indication research to build a market-leading, highly persuasive patient recruitment strategy for every new opportunity.
- Process Ownership: Drive the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial research and costing to final submission, ensuring all internal and external timelines are meticulously met.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate and synthesize input from Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams, ensuring a single, unified, and persuasive voice in all documentation.
- Performance Insight: Conduct post-submission debriefs and analysis on both won and lost bids to identify trends, outline lessons learned, and continuously sharpen our competitive edge and increase our win rate.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain key relationships with Outsourcing Managers to gather critical feedback and identify future service development opportunities.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- This strategic role requires a unique blend of scientific understanding, commercial acumen, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Essential Experience Skills: Extensive experience in Proposals, Bid Management, or Budget Creation, ideally within patient recruitment, clinical research, or health communications.
- A Degree or higher in a biological science (e.g., nursing) or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-regional proposals and budgets simultaneously.
- Exceptional written communication and editing skills — your writing is clear, consistent, and highly persuasive.
- A naturally self-motivated and proactive approach with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and experience using CRM systems (like Salesforce) for tracking and updating proposals.
- Willingness to work US hours to ensure optimal coordination with global teams and timely delivery.
