Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • You are the perfect blend of a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer. You understand that "Compliance" and "Fun" can actually live in the same house.
  • The Credentials: You’re Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified (Level 7 is ideal), with the experience to back it up.
  • The ER Expert: You know employment law like the back of your hand and can navigate complex cases with fairness and finesse.
  • The Tech Enthusiast: You don’t just "use" HR databases; you love to optimize them.
  • The People Person: You’re a coach for hiring managers, a support system for employees, and a mentor for your own HR team.
  • The Growth Mindset: You’ve handled high-volume recruitment or "scale-up" environments before and you thrive under pressure.

Why Join Innovative Trials?

You’ll be joining a team where your impact is visible every single day. We offer a safe, compliant, and supportive "home" for our team, but we never stay static. We’re agile, we’re evolving, and we want you to lead the way.
