Your Mission: Driving Impact and Execution
As a Study Support, youâll be the engine that keeps complex global projects moving forward. Youâll partner directly with Account Managers to ensure every piece of patient recruitment materialâfrom concept to deliveryâis flawless, on time, and making an impact.
What Youâll Be Doing:
- Client & Vendor Liaison: Become a trusted point of contact. Youâll participate in key communications, managing print and translation vendors, and keeping a sharp eye on performance to ensure weâre delivering bestâinâclass materials.
- Project Execution & Quality Control: Take ownership of the process! Youâll master the life cycle of recruitment materials: Overseeing the translation workflow, including meticulous filing, tracking, and completing crucial quality checks (QC) to ensure global accuracy. Orchestrating the entire printing and global shipping process, acting as the logistics expert for our materials. Preparing and managing essential project reports, ensuring every deliverable is timely and accurate.
- Budget & Financial Stewardship: Get handsâon with budget control by obtaining quotes, reviewing service agreements, and approving vendor invoicesâyouâll be a key player in the financial health of your projects.
- Process Powerhouse: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, from study startâup to final archiving, ensuring seamless operation across the team.
