Here at Innovative Technology, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join our talented team at our global head office in Oldham, Greater Manchester. The Production Manager role overview: You will be responsible for leading our production team and collaborating with other department heads to meet strategic business goals. Focusing on guiding and developing your direct reports, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Your Responsibilities as a Production Manager: Oversee and lead production teams, managing schedules and resources to meet business goals Identify bottlenecks and implement Lean manufacturing methodologies to improve processes, reduce costs and maintain high standards Collate and report on KPIs, ensuring all products are tested and packed to quality standards and that the site facilities are well-maintained Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including output, efficiency, downtime and waste reduction.
