The opportunity
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real career progression. You will start in a support role, gain broad exposure across a varied client portfolio, and have a clear route into a functional or technical consultant role as the business grows.
What you will be doing
Providing second and third line support across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and the wider Power Platform
Investigating, diagnosing and resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
Configuring entities, forms, views, business rules, security roles and workflows
Building and troubleshooting Power Automate flows and model driven apps
Working directly with clients to understand issues and explain solutions clearly
Supporting small enhancements and change requests from scoping through to delivery
Documenting fixes and contributing to the team's knowledge base
Working alongside consultants on project handovers, upgrades and releases
What you will bring
At least 3 years of experience supporting or configuring Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
A good working knowledge of Power Platform, particularly Power Automate
Strong problem solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
Confident communication skills, with a customer focused attitude
Experience with ticketing tools such as DevOps, Jira or Freshdesk
Ambition to learn and grow into a consultant role
Microsoft certifications such as PL 200 or MB 210 would be a bonus
