The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 Β£ per year.

We are supporting a client who is looking for a D365 BC Application Support Analyst to join their Business Central team. The role focuses on supporting Business Central across 400 users and 10 plus companies. You will help resolve issues, guide users through correct processes, and keep daily operations running smoothly. This position suits someone with solid Business Central experience who wants to grow into functional consultancy or AL development.

Hybrid working: three days on site, two days from home. You will report to the Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Lead and work closely with their Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • First line support for Business Central queries and issues
  • Troubleshoot finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, warehousing, and intercompany processes
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, validate configuration, and advise users
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions
  • Explain system behaviour clearly and support correct process use
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge articles
  • Escalate deeper issues to the Technical Lead or partners
  • Work with business teams to improve processes
Experience and Skills
  • Hands on Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
  • Strong understanding of D365 BC functional areas
  • Able to diagnose and resolve functional issues independently
  • Clear communication with users at all levels
  • Strong ownership and follow through
  • Able to manage workload and handle multiple issues calmly
  • Curious and keen to develop into consultancy or technical areas
  • Adaptable to new features and changing business processes
