About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and commercially-savvy Dynamics 365 CE Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join a fast-growing Microsoft Partner. You’ll play a key role in shaping deals, designing high-level CE and Power Platform solutions, and guiding customers through the value of the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to translate business challenges into compelling solution designs that win projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client pain points and map requirements to D365 CE capabilities
- Design scalable, secure, and commercially viable CE and Power Platform architectures
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that highlight business value and ROI
- Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal creation with clear, persuasive solution narratives
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape winning propositions and define scope boundaries
- Engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite decision-makers
- Ensure pre-sales commitments align with delivery capability and resource availability
Skills & Experience
- Strong background in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)

- Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or functional consulting within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem
