Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant
Location:
Remote – UK
About the Role:
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules, with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
* Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
* Design and deliver functional solutions aligned with best practices.
* Support data migration, integration, and testing activities.
* Provide end-user training and documentation.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
* Participate in workshops, demos, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2–5 years experience working with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
* Strong knowledge of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
* Understanding of business processes in sales, service, and marketing.
* Ability to write functional specifications and user stories.
* Familiarity with data migration and integration concepts.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with Azure services and integrations.
* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service or Project Operations.
* Basic understanding of JavaScript and plugins for CE customization.
* Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-230, PL-200) are a plus.
