About the Role
We are looking for an experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant to join a leading Microsoft Partner. You will work closely with customers to deliver end-to-end CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service and core CRM. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the Edinburgh office, offering strong collaboration and visibility with the wider team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading workshops and gathering business requirements
- Designing and configuring D365 CE across Sales, Customer Service and core CRM
- Translating business processes into scalable CE solutions
- Producing functional documentation, user stories and solution designs
- Supporting testing, training and go-live activities
- Working closely with technical teams on integrations, customisations and Power Platform components
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and guiding best practice
- Supporting continuous improvement and new feature adoption
What We Need From You
- Strong functional experience with D365 CE / Dynamics CRM
- Proven track record delivering CE projects end-to-end
- Confident leading workshops and managing stakeholders
- Good understanding of Sales, Customer Service, workflows and configuration
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a bonus
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work 2 days per week in the Edinburgh office
