Overview
We’re looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Functional Lead to join a growing Microsoft Partner. You’ll take ownership of functional delivery, lead and mentor a team, and help shape best practice across multiple BC implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of BC functional consultants
- Run workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions
- Oversee configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Act as the functional authority across Finance, SCM, Projects, or Warehousing
- Collaborate with PMs, Architects, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
- Drive continuous improvement and documentation standards
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering D365 Business Central projects end-to-end
- Strong consulting background with a Microsoft Partner
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of BC modules (Finance, SCM, Projects, or similar)
- Leadership experience or desire to step into a lead role
- Must be based in Northern or Southern Ireland
