About the Role
We are looking for a D365 CE Support Consultant with 2–5 years’ experience to join a growing Microsoft Partner. This is a fully remote role supporting multiple CE customers across Sales, Customer Service and core CRM. You will handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, deliver small enhancements, and work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing 2nd/3rd line support across D365 CE
- Managing and resolving support tickets within agreed SLAs
- Troubleshooting functional and configuration issues
- Supporting CE modules including Sales, Customer Service and core CRM
- Working with consultants and developers on fixes, enhancements and small change requests
- Assisting with testing, documentation and user guidance
- Supporting upgrades, new features and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams
What We Need From You
- 2–5 years’ experience with D365 CE / Dynamics CRM
- Strong understanding of CE modules, configuration and core functionality
- Experience supporting users in a Partner or end-user environment
- Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes and provide clear solutions
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a bonus
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Proactive, organised and able to work independently in a remote setup
