A leading Microsoft Partner is building a brand‑new Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central practice, and we are hiring a QA Manager / QA Lead to design, own, and scale the entire quality function from the ground up. If you have worked across D365 CE or D365 BC and want the autonomy to shape QA strategy, tooling, and standards for a growing practice, this is the role where you will make your mark.

The Role

You’ll be the driving force behind quality across all Dynamics projects, establishing best‑practice QA processes for CE and BC implementations. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll define the roadmap, build the team, and embed a quality‑first culture across delivery.

What You’ll Own

  • Build and lead the QA function for D365 CE & BC programmes
  • Define QA frameworks, governance, and automation strategy
  • Implement scalable testing processes across multiple customer projects
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and PMs
  • Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and release quality
  • Select and implement the right tooling for Dynamics testing
  • Mentor and grow a high‑performing QA team as the practice scales

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a QA Manager / Lead within a Microsoft Partner or end‑user
  • Hands‑on QA background in D365 CE or D365 BC (must have one)
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics implementations, integrations, and customisation cycles
  • Experience setting up QA processes from scratch
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks and modern QA tooling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, delivery‑focused mindset
