Job Title: Microsoft D365 F&O ERP Test Lead/Manager

Client: Multinational / Global Leader
We are seeking a D365 F&O Test Lead / Manager to lead a greenfield multinational project. You must be based in Dublin and can work on-site 2 – 3 days weekly. This position is initially 12 months; however, as a greenfield project, it will last 24+ months.
Key Skills/Responsibilities:
* MS D365 F&O ERP Experience (including Power Platform experience).
* 3+ years of experience compiling and driving the Test Strategy for projects.
* 5+ years of experience within ERP Finance & Operations projects (not necessarily all as Test Manager, could be as Test Analyst/Lead). Extensive experience with Supply/Financials (including General Ledger), Sales & Purchase Orders, Inventory, Distribution, and Reporting, covering the end-to-end lifecycle for ERP.
* Extensive Stakeholder Management experience.
* Extensive Defect Management experience.
* Extensive experience with RAID.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with technical and senior business stakeholders.
Bonus Skills/Responsibilities:
* Willingness to get hands-on during peak activity periods (planning and execution).
* DevOps skills.
* SAP Integration Test experience.
* Experience with automation frameworks.
