Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a CE Functional Consultant, specifically with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents. Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and data integration.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification: Dynamics 365 CE certification is optional but preferred.
