D365 CE Functional Consultant

Overview Job Title: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant Location: Remote – UK We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules, with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into effective solutions. Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.). Design and deliver functional solutions aligned with best practices. Support data migration, integration, and testing activities. Provide end-user training and documentation. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Participate in workshops, demos, and client meetings. Required Skills
