Role Overview

You will work as part of an established Microsoft Partner delivery team, supporting the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of Dynamics 365 Business Central across a range of SME and mid-market customers. This role suits someone with solid hands-on BC experience who wants to grow into more complex solution ownership while working across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver functional consulting across end-to-end Business Central implementations.
  • Run requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional designs.
  • Configure core BC modules, including Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Warehousing.
  • Support data migration, testing cycles, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Produce functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
  • Work closely with technical teams to support extensions, integrations, and customisations.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement for existing clients.
  • Contribute to best practice development and internal knowledge sharing.

Core Skills

  • 4 years experience working with D365 Business Central or NAV in a functional role.
  • Strong understanding of core finance and operations processes.
