D365 BC Project Manager

Job Title: D365 Business Central Project Manager Location: Remote with client travel Job Type: Full Time Company: Microsoft Gold Partner Reports To: Head of Delivery / ERP Program Director Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive D365 Business Central Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for our clients. As a key member of a Microsoft Gold Partner organisation, you will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage full lifecycle D365 Business Central projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support. * Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. * Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet changing requirements. * Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary. * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment. * Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and status meetings. * Ensure adherence to Microsoft Sure Step or Agile methodologies and best practices. * Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimating, and proposal development. Required Skills & Experience: * Proven experience managing D365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV implementation projects. * Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and project delivery methodologies. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience working within a Microsoft Partner environment is highly desirable. * Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies. * Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira). * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). * Experience with Power Platform, Azure, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools. * Background in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
