Cloud Solutions Specialist

Job Specification: Cloud Solutions Specialist Location: Remote / UK Role Overview: As a Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will work hands-on with the latest Microsoft Cloud technologies, providing both day-to-day support and technical project work across Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms. You should be driven, technically proficient, and customer-focused, with a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in security-first cloud solutions. Essential Experience: * Intermediate to expert-level hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure * Strong understanding of cloud governance, compliance, and security best practices * Excellent problem-solving skills * Experience in delivering both support and project-based work * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Desirable: * Foundational knowledge and expertise in networking, virtualization, and traditional on-premises infrastructure * Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation * Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Management * Familiarity with the Microsoft Defender suite and Sentinel * Experience with Cyber Essentials and CIS Benchmarks * Good working knowledge of artificial intelligence applications Key Responsibilities: * Implement and manage cloud security best practices * Deploy solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments * Support customers with complex cloud-related incidents * Lead cloud migration and transformation projects * Deliver solutions and resolve issues within tight deadlines * Occasionally work outside regular hours as required * Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities * Accurately log time using our ITSM tool (HALO) to ensure customer value * Collaborate with internal teams to enhance delivery knowledge and skills * Provide high-quality documentation and customer training as needed If you want the opportunity to work for a growing Microsoft Partner, Please Apply Now
