Job Title: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant
Location: Remote – UK
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules, with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
- Design and deliver functional solutions aligned with best practices.
- Support data migration, integration, and testing activities.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Participate in workshops, demos, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years experience working with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
- Strong knowledge of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Understanding of business processes in sales, service, and marketing.
- Ability to write functional specifications and user stories.
- Familiarity with data migration and integration concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Azure services and integrations.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service or Project Operations.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript and plugins for CE customization.
- Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-230, PL-200) are a plus.
