The Role
- Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture across D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
- Work closely with clients to define requirements, roadmap, and technical strategy
- Design scalable, secure, high‑performing CE solutions aligned to best practice
- Oversee delivery teams and ensure architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide technical leadership across integrations, data, Power Platform, and Azure components
