We are looking for a Modern Workplace Lead who can talk the talk and walk the walk, someone who blends technical depth, functional understanding, and real customer leadership. You will be the person clients trust: shaping their modern workplace strategy, driving AI and Copilot adoption, and turning complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Leading modern workplace engagements across M365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID
- Driving Copilot and AI adoption: use cases, enablement, governance, automation
- Running workshops, discovery sessions, and customer roadmaps
- Translating technical capability into business value
- Guiding clients through modern workplace transformation and change
- Acting as the senior voice across delivery, architecture, and customer success
What you need:
- Strong hands-on experience across M365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID
- Proven ability to lead customers, influence stakeholders, and simplify complexity
- Real capability with Copilot and AI, not just theory, but practical delivery
- Ability to design, articulate, and execute modern workplace strategy
- Confident communicator who can present, challenge, and guide
- A blend of technical credibility and functional understanding
