  • Fully Remote (UK-based) |Microsoft Partner | 8+ Years' Experience

We're looking for an experienced D365 Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects across both Customer Engagement (CE) and Business Central (BC).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a delivery-focused professional who thrives on managing complex, multi-workstream implementations and wants the flexibility of a fully remote role.

The Role

As Delivery Manager, you'll own project delivery end-to-end, from planning and resourcing through to go-live and beyond, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.

You'll act as the key point of contact for clients and internal teams, balancing commercial, technical, and people considerations across a portfolio of D365 CE and BC engagements.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage the full project lifecycle across concurrent D365 CE and BC implementations, working closely with functional consultants, technical architects, and developers to keep delivery on track.
  • Own project governance, RAID logs, resourcing, and stakeholder communication.
  • Act as the escalation point for risks and issues, resolving them before they impact delivery.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support pre-sales and scoping activity where needed, drawing on your hands-on delivery experience to shape realistic, deliverable proposals.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in D365 delivery or project management, with hands-on exposure to both Customer Engagement and Business Central.
  • You don't need to be a hands-on consultant in either platform today, but you understand both well enough to manage delivery credibly and speak the language of the teams doing the work.
  • Experience gained within a Microsoft Partner environment is essential.
  • A strong track record running full implementation lifecycles, ideally using Microsoft's Sure Step or a similar structured delivery methodology, alongside solid Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Recognised project management credentials (PRINCE2, PMP, or similar) would be an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and communication skills.

This role is fully remote, but you must already hold the right to work in the UK and be based in the UK.

Unfortunately, we're unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship or who are based outside the UK.

  • What's on Offer
  • A fully remote role with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.
  • The chance to work across a varied and interesting portfolio of D365 CE and BC projects.
  • A genuinely important role within a growing Microsoft Partner delivery function.
