A high-growth Microsoft Partner is looking for a D365 Business Central Solutions Architect with deep product expertise and a proven background delivering BC solutions in a partner environment. This is a role for someone who thrives in design, leadership, and client engagement and wants to help shape a growing BC practice.
The Role
- Youll lead solution architecture across multiple BC projects, working closely with functional, technical, and client teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Youll be a key voice in shaping standards, best practice, and delivery frameworks as the practice continues to expand.
What Youll Be Doing
- Owning end-to-end solution architecture for D365 Business Central
- Running discovery and design workshops with senior stakeholders
- Defining solution blueprints, integration patterns, and extension approaches
- Guiding functional consultants and developers through delivery
- Providing governance, quality assurance, and best-practice oversight
- Supporting pre-sales, scoping, and solution shaping
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on capability, roadmap, and optimisation
- Getting hands-on when needed: configuration, troubleshooting, and technical guidance
What You Need
- Strong, proven experience with D365 Business Central (and/or Dynamics NAV)
- Solid background working within a Microsoft Partner environment
- Demonstrable experience designing and delivering BC solutions across multiple modules
- Confident leading workshops and engaging with senior business stakeholders
- Ability to work across functional and technical areas
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, evolving partner setting
