We’re working with a Microsoft Gold Partner that delivers high‑quality D365 CE, Business Central and Power Platform solutions. They’re growing fast and investing heavily in their delivery capability, including a brand‑new QA function.
They’re looking for a D365 Test Lead to grow and shape the team, and to own and embed a quality framework across multiple projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll define standards, lead testing activities, and champion a quality‑first culture.
You must have strong D365 experience, ideally with D365 CE and/or D365 BC.
What You’ll Do- Establish QA vision, standards and best‑practice processes
- Lead SIT, functional, end‑to‑end, regression and integration testing
- Drive consistent use of Azure DevOps for test management & reporting
- Work closely with clients during UAT phases
- Own defect management and quality governance
- Mentor and grow a small QA team
- Partner with Delivery, PMs and Architects to plan test phases effectively
- Strong hands‑on QA experience across D365 (CE/BC) & Power Platform
- Confident testing integrations, APIs, data migrations & customisations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to build a QA function from the ground up
- Experience with automation, performance or load testing (desirable)
- ISTQB or similar certification (nice to have)
- Hybrid or remote working
