About the Role
We’re looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to join our growing Microsoft practice. You’ll lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end CE solutions across multiple concurrent projects, working closely with SMB clients who value clarity, speed, and pragmatic architecture. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you’ll shape solution strategy, own the technical vision, and guide delivery teams to success.
- Own the end‑to‑end architecture for D365 CE implementations across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and custom modules.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable solution designs.
- Produce architecture artefacts: solution blueprints, integration designs, data models, and technical roadmaps.
Project Delivery
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously within an SMB delivery model (fast‑paced, pragmatic, value‑driven).
- Provide technical leadership to consultants, developers, and functional teams.
- Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices and the Power Platform ecosystem.
Client Engagement
- Act as the trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them through capability, constraints, and best‑fit approaches.
- Run workshops, discovery sessions, and design reviews.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business‑friendly way.
Technical Leadership
- Oversee integrations using Azure, Power Automate, and third‑party tools.
- Champion solution governance, ALM, and environment strategy.
- Stay ahead of the Microsoft roadmap and advise clients on optimisation and future enhancements.
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Solution Architect within a Microsoft Partner environment.
Strong background delivering multiple concurrent projects, ideally in SMB or mid‑market settings.
Strong Power Platform knowledge: Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Plugins, PCF (advantage).
Ability to produce high‑quality architecture documentation and present to senior stakeholders.
Solid understanding of data modelling, security roles, environment strategy, and solution layering.
Experience with Field Service, Customer Insights, or Marketing automation platforms.
Background in pre‑sales, scoping, or solution estimation.
What’s in It for You
- Work with a specialist Microsoft Partner delivering high‑impact CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Autonomy, influence, and the ability to shape solution strategy across multiple clients.
- A collaborative culture built around expertise, trust, and delivery excellence.
- Continuous investment in certifications and professional development.
