Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant (Manufacturing) Location: Remote (UK) Contract: Short-term discovery engagement, leading into long-term contract Employer: Microsoft Partner About the Opportunity Were supporting a Microsoft Partner who needs an experienced D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to deliver a short discovery engagement for a manufacturing client. This initial piece of work will assess requirements, map processes, and shape the delivery roadmap, with a clear path into a longer-term contract once discovery is complete. What Youll Be Doing Lead a short discovery phase with a manufacturing customer Run workshops, gather requirements, and map current vs future-state processes Assess BC fit, gaps, risks, and solution options Produce clear documentation and recommendations for the next phase Work closely with the partners delivery team to plan the long-term programme What Were Looking For Strong D365 Business Central functional experience Proven background in manufacturing (production, BOMs, routing, planning, warehousing, etc.) Confident running discovery sessions and speaking with senior stakeholders Ability to quickly understand client processes and translate them into BC capability Clear communicator with strong documentation skills Available for an immediate short-term engagement Why This Role Fully remote for candidates based in Ireland or anywhere in Europe Short engagement with guaranteed follow-on work Work directly with a Microsoft Partner on a high-value manufacturing customer Opportunity to shape the solution and long-term delivery roadmap TPBN1_UKTJ
