Innovative Driven is currently seeking an eDiscovery Technical Services Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative Tech Services team in a fully remote environment! This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and full benefits! The ideal candidates will have 5 years of experience with Relativity and be RCA certified. The required hours will be 9-6 Monday through Friday, 9 am-6 pm (UK time). Responsibilities: Manage numerous complex projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Takes appropriate action to meet client needs and address concerns without jeopardizing business outcomes or results. Utilizes approved methods to monitor and evaluate Project Management feedback. Creating thorough and accurate reports and providing status updates on projects; provide final quality control check on client deliverables; presenting findings to client on a routine basis. Troubleshooting and resolving varied problems. Requirements: Relativity: 5 years (Required) Significant and extensive work experience as a Relativity Technician. Able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Extensive Relativity knowledge of users, groups, permissions, fields, layouts, views, custom objects, event handlers, imaging, and OCR, indexing and searching, production sets, importing and exporting, ARM creation and restoration. Relativity Expert or Master certification a plus Experience in Relativity, ReadySuite, Message Crawler, and/or Relativity Short Message Format (RSMF) handling a plus
