To assist the project managers to efficiently and accurately process orders through our internal procedures, systems and software, focusing on the highest level of accuracy and customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contacting internal and external customers
  • Ensuring projects are kept on track to quoted customer timelines
  • Checking the accuracy of internal and external orders
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Providing feedback to the technical department on errors or improvements to the software
  • Providing regular updates to customers
  • Completing administrative tasks relating to orders
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Working with Microsoft packages
  • Understanding the core products and knowledge of each system.
