About the Role Innovation Training & Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic, committed and qualified Primary School Teachers to support primary schools in Rhyl and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales and the school's curriculum requirements. - Support pupils' academic progress, personal development and wellbeing. - Create a positive classroom environment that promotes participation, confidence and a love of learning. - Adapt teaching approaches and resources to meet the differing abilities, learning styles and needs of pupils. - Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development. - Establish clear expectations and promote positive behaviour management strategies. - Support pupils' literacy, numeracy, communication and wider learning skills. - Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, additional learning needs staff and other school professionals. - Maintain effective communication with colleagues and contribute to pupils' ongoing development. - Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, behaviour management and confidentiality. - Ensure all pupils are treated fairly and that their individual needs are recognised and supported. Essential Requirements - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised eligibility to teach in Wales. - Experience teaching within a primary school setting. - A sound understanding of primary education, lesson planning and pupil assessment. - Knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales and the principles of inclusive education. - Strong classroom management and organisational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet pupils' individual learning needs. - A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. - An enhanced DBS check suitable for working with children, or willingness to complete the required checks. - Satisfactory references and completion of all relevant pre-employment compliance checks.
