What you will be working on
We are seeking a Service Operations Manager to oversee the management and support of a diverse range of applications within Ki. In this role, you will maintain our technology solutions for mid and back-office teams, whilst driving efficiency and excellence in service delivery. You will be responsible for working with the Transformation Programme to ensure a smooth transition of services into production.
You will ensure that all systems under your ownership meet best practices, audit requirements, and operational needs. You will bring a passion to match ours to change the market through automation and a respect for what the market needs from the systems. You will help the team coordinate around challenging deadlines and releases and collaborate with different stakeholders across our organisation. This role suits individuals who enjoy managing multiple priorities, solving complex problems, and coaching teams to improve their processes.
If you have experience with insurance industry applications, regulations, ITIL frameworks, and IT service management (ITSM) processes, then this could be the role for you.
