We are looking for an interim leader to oversee our Partnership Team and engage with our capital partners. This position focuses on optimizing processes to provide our partners with the insights they require while also facilitating effective communication between our internal teams and capital partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our partners' needs and how Ki can address them, as well as the ability to propose enhancements, share performance trends, and assist with portfolio optimisation and profit strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your team's resources, ensuring effective task delegation, setting priorities, and keeping all stakeholders informed. Clear communication of technical information and key points to senior stakeholders and external audiences will be essential.

We are looking for an individual who can identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and serve as a resource for best practices. Additionally, you will get the opportunity to collaborate with other departments at Ki and foster strong relationships with the Portfolio Underwriting team and other relevant groups.
