What you will be working on: We are recruiting for a Head of Security Architecture & Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership and operational management of the Security Architecture and Engineering team at Ki, actively collaborating with Ki’s Technology & Product teams to devise and execute strategic initiatives that drive a ‘secure, private and compliant’ agenda, aligned to Ki’s overarching cybersecurity strategy. The role primarily focuses on defining and implementing cost-effective security tooling and controls to enable Ki to meet its business objectives, deliver tangible value, and ensure a robustly secure platform and product are in place in light of emerging threats and regulatory requirements. You’ll be an expert in Identity and Access Management, including privileged user controls and secrets management, with a good understanding of security topics in Azure, GCP, serverless, container platforms, and Infrastructure as Code environments, within a LLM environment. This role will also work on identifying and assessing the suitability of cybersecurity partners, as well as business development opportunities to generate improved service for clients or additional growth opportunities for Ki, including collaborating with the underwriting team at Ki to develop an increasingly refined view of Cyber risk. Bringing your experience of understanding secure SDLC processes, including concepts of DevSecOps and security testing automation, you will report directly into the CISO, building the Security Architecture and Engineering capability into a world-class team, working on the cutting edge of technology.
