Ki has big ambitions but needs more excellent minds to challenge the status-quo and help it reach new horizons.What you will be working on We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of technology solutions for mid and back-office teams within Ki. You\’ll be the leader of a squad aligned to one or more mid/back-office functions (think People team, Finance, Risk, Underwriting Operations). You will be responsible for working with the Business Transformation Managers who are evolving the capability to translate business needs into actionable work packages and manage delivery with cross-functional squads and 3rd parties.

This role ensures all systems under your ownership meet best practices, audit requirements, and operational needs, while managing a complex mix of Ki to match our cloud-based and SaaS applications. Your passion should match ours to change the market through common sense, automation and a respect for what the market needs from the systems.

You will help our team\’s co-ordinate around challenging deadlines and releases, collaborating with different stakeholders from across our organisation. You\’ll need to be comfortable spinning plates and dealing with complex problems but also have a coaching mindset, helping our squads to help themselves and improve how we get stuff done.
