Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Subsidence Claims Handler. The Subsidence Claims Handler will be responsible for investigating, managing, and handling subsidence insurance claims. Daily tasks will include communicating with policyholders, insurers, and contractors, assessing damage, and ensuring timely settlements. The role requires maintaining detailed records, coordinating with various teams, and providing excellent customer service throughout the claims process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Claims Handling and Claims Management
• Knowledge of Insurance Claims and Insurance processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in property or subsidence claims is a plus
• Relevant qualifications in insurance or related fields
