Your Role
As a Complex Care Assistant for Innovate Care Group, you will work alongside a Registered Nurse and play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of our client in Reading. You will be supporting a young adult male living with brain injury.
Clinical skills required:
- Suction
- PEG feeding
- Wound care
- Bowel care (including manual evacuation)
- Seizure management
Experience with individuals with sight and hearing impairment would be advantageous.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of care experience including seizure management and suctioning
- Experience with complex needs would be advantageous
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence

- Hold an understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
