Your Role: You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of clients with complex healthcare needs, providing compassionate, tailored support to promote independence and wellbeing. Clinical skills and experience would be advantageous in the following areas:
- Mental health conditions
- Acquired brain injury
- Respiratory/ventilation requirements
- Tracheostomy and ventilation care
- Suctioning
- PEG feeding
- Monitoring observations
- Cough assist
- Behavioral support
You'll be part of a consistent care team, typically supporting one client at a time in this stable, long-term role.

What We're Looking For:
- At least 12 months of homecare experience
- Experience with complex needs such as brain injury, behavioral and learning difficulties and ventilation care
- Car driver
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence
- Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
- Hold an understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
