About the Role
We are looking for experienced Live in Carers to support a young client with complex needs in a 2:1 long‑term, stable placement based in a family home setting. This role would suit someone who brings strong complex care experience, has a warm, engaging and proactive approach and will be confident in working within structured care plans while also bringing positive energy, conversation and meaningful engagement into our client’s daily routine.

- Seizure management
- Tracheostomy care experience
- Nebuliser therapy
- Oral suctioning

Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
