Your Role
As a Complex Care Support Worker for Innovate Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of our client in Loughton. You’ll be part of a consistent care team, typically supporting one client at a time in this stable, long-term role.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of care experience
- Experience with complex needs associated with a brain injury would be advantageous
- Car driver
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence

- Hold an understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
