Working pattern: Waking nights, Sunday – Thursday 8pm-8am

Your Role: As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant for Innovate Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of a young boy that has global developmental delay. Part of his care overnight would include:
- Peg feeding and medication
- Cpap, repositioning
- Hoisting and personal care
You’ll be part of a consistent care team, typically supporting one client at a time in this stable, long-term role.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 12 months of UK care experience including Bipap machine
- Experience with complex needs in a homecare setting would be advantageous
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence
- Car driver with access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
- Hold an understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
