Your Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care for our male client in Peacehaven with complex healthcare and developmental needs, including neurological, physical, sensory, and emotional support requirements. The role involves implementing care plans, medication administration and providing compassionate, tailored support to promote independence and wellbeing. Our client is a very sociable young man who enjoys gaming, history and comedy amongst many other interests. The ideal candidate for this sleep-in nights position would be calm, proactive and have a great sense of humour.
You’ll be part of a consistent care team, typically supporting one client at a time in this stable, long-term role.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of homecare experience
- Experience with complex needs including brain injury, visual impairments, behavioral and learning difficulties
- Car driver
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence
- Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
- Hold an understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
