The predicted salary is between 15.75 - 15.75 £ per hour.

Type: Full time, minimum of 1 shift per week

Salary: £15.75 per hour (includes holiday pay accrual – holiday pay is accrued and held separately, not paid out weekly)

Working pattern: Days – 8am till 8pm (Wed – Sun). Nights (Sleep in) 8pm till 8am (Wed – Sun)

Requirements: To be eligible to apply, you must hold full right to work in the UK and must be a car driver – ideally a manual car driver.

Full training provided.

Complex Care Role

We have an amazing opportunity for a complex care worker to join one of our packages based in Bexhill. As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant for Innovate Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of our female client who requires support with the following:

  • Ventilation via tracheostomy
  • Nebulisation
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Suctioning via tracheostomy
  • Cough assist
  • Oxygen Therapy
  • Spo2 Monitoring
  • Moving and Handling
  • Epilepsy Experience
  • Enteral feeding (e.g., PEG, jejunal tube)
  • Assisting with communication, particularly for those who are non-verbal or have limited verbal abilities
  • Administration of Medication via PEG

You’ll be part of a consistent care team, typically supporting one client at a time in this stable, long‑term role.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 12 months of care experience
  • Experience with complex needs would be advantageous
  • Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
  • Good communication skills and IT confidence
  • Car driver with access to your own vehicle
  • Willingness to be part of a family‑centred care team
  • Hold an understanding of safeguarding
  • Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
